    About this Role:

    We are seeking a talented and experienced ETL Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, automating, and supporting complex applications to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data. If you have a passion for data integration and a strong background in SQL, Informatica, Talend, Pentaho, and BI tools, we want to hear from you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Design, develop, automate, and support complex applications to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources

    Identify data storage requirements and determine the storage needs of the project, building a data warehouse tailored to the needs of the project or organization

    Build and support a reliable data pipeline to bring data to the user, ensuring data integrity and security

    Extract data from the data warehouse and deliver it to the new system, ensuring accuracy and completeness

    Continuously run tests to ensure data warehouse stability and performance, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed

    Perform ongoing analysis of data warehouse performance and user requirements, making recommendations for improvements and optimizations

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred

    Proven experience as an ETL Developer, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role

    Strong proficiency in SQL, with experience in writing complex queries and optimizing database performance

    Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, and/or Pentaho, including designing and implementing ETL processes

    Familiarity with Power BI or other BI tools for data visualization and reporting

    Solid understanding of data warehouse concepts and methodologies

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and communication skills

    Certifications in ETL tools or database technologies are a plus

    Must be a United States citizen

    Must be willing/able to obtain a clearance

    May substitute years of experience for education

    This is a remote position.
