    Job Type: On-Call / Flexible Availability

    Compensation:

    •	Standard Rate: $25/hour
    
    •	Emergency Rate: $37.50/hour
    
    •	Double Rate: $50/hour
    
    •	Mileage Reimbursement: $0.67 per mile (after 26 miles)
    
    •	Daily Stipend: $50 (provided only for work outside of Illinois)
    
    •	Hotel Accommodation: Provided for all necessary travel

    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a highly flexible EV Charger Technician with a strong electrical background and tech-savviness to join our on-call team. This role is ideal for individuals looking for flexible, on-demand work opportunities. Technicians will respond to service calls as they become available, covering various locations across our service regions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    •	Respond to emergency service calls and perform troubleshooting and repairs on EV chargers.
    
    •	Utilize diagnostic software to collect data from chargers and identify issues.
    
    •	Perform basic electrical repairs, replacements, and maintenance as needed.
    
    •	Complete and submit all required paperwork accurately before leaving the job site.
    
    •	Use Microsoft Excel and other software tools to document work performed and maintain records.
    
    •	Accurately track and report service times, starting from the moment of arrival on-site.
    
    •	Travel to job sites within Chicago, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Minnesota as required.
    
    •	Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines.
    

    Qualifications:

    •	Electrical experience with the ability to perform repairs and installations.
    
    •	Strong technical aptitude; capable of using diagnostic software and mobile applications.
    
    •	Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general office software.
    
    •	Ability to accurately complete and submit job-related paperwork before leaving the site.
    
    •	Flexibility to work on an on-call basis, including weekends.
    
    •	Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
    
    •	Willingness to travel across multiple states when required.
    
    •	Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    
    •	Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
