Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. As part of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales of our cutting-edge EV charging products and solutions to businesses and consumers. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for sustainable energy, strong sales experience, and a desire to be a part of the electric vehicle (EV) revolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell EV charging solutions to both B2B and B2C customers.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Provide product presentations, demonstrations, and technical support to prospective clients.
Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and promote sales campaigns.
Stay updated on the latest trends in the EV Charging industry and our product offerings.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close deals.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to achieve bonus incentives.
Exhibit a relentless drive to close deals, overcoming obstacles and maintaining persistence through the entire sales cycle.
Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to build brand presence and establish connections.
Provide feedback on customer needs, competitive landscape, and product features.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the energy, sustainability, or technology sectors.
Knowledge of the electric vehicle industry and EV charging solutions is highly preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly organized with a results-driven mindset.
Demonstrated ability to stay motivated and persistent, pushing forward even in the face of challenges.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
