    THESE FULL-TIME POSITIONS ALSO INCLUDE OUR ROBUST BENEFITS PROGRAM INCLUDING MEDICAL, DENTAL AND 401K PLANS. SALARY UP TO $14 PER HOUR DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage a high volume of enrollment applications for Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, and other health products like dental and vision coverage
    • Ensure that submitted applications are successfully issued and that coverage goes effective
    • Follow up with enrollees in a timely manner on any and all outstanding requirements to fulfill their insurance applications
    • Review and audit Medicare applications and enrollments for company and carrier records
    • Support our Medicare sales agent team in handling exception cases, fulfilling applications, and communicating with our carrier partners
    • Master the navigation of our internal CRM and the insurance carrier systems
    • Understand differences in customer eligibility for various Medicare products
    • Communicate with clients, vendors, agents, and carriers in a timely manner to ensure all requirements are on track
    • Order and review all underwriting requirements needed for insurance carriers
    • Work with all team members to ensure the client experience is met through clear communication

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 6 months of experience in customer service
    • Dedicated area to work from in your home
    • Internet speed requirement of 30 Mb/s for download speeds and 20 Mb/s for upload speeds (Wireless access is not permitted)
    • Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers, especially senior citizens
    • Strong decision making and analytical abilities
    • Ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate products and services
    • Schedule flexibility to include weekends, evenings, possible holidays and occasional overtime
    • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
    • Meet all attendance and dependability requirements

    WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS:
