    Job Description

    The SCS Analyst for TMS (Mercury Gate), will be responsible for all super user functions, including but not limited to, adding and/or updating carrier records and carrier contracts, maintaining reports and other metric components, and facilitating user management in the TMS environment. The role will also be responsible for investigating issues raised by business users, such as missing shipments, reports not functioning correctly, and connectivity issues between TMS and other systems.

    You will be required to be in MEMPHIS TN 1 week a month

    • Assist the Platform Manager with ongoing projects to enhance system and features.
    • Act as a Subject Matter Expert of the TMS and provide knowledge and support to business users, providing training as needed.
    • Collaborate with development and functional teams to ensure TMS platform alignment with business objectives and requirements.
    • Assist the Platform Manager and QA team with testing, deployment, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and stability. Testing in both TMS and WMS UAT / QA environments to ensure interoperability within the platforms
    • Aid in the review of the MercuryGate platform to streamline, automate and increase efficacy across the platform from freeing up administrative tasks to a more automated environment to providing visibility to clients for client delight.
    • Support the Platform Manager with implementing technical platform upgrade and enhancement strategies to keep the platform current and competitive.
    • Develop reporting that enhances key metrics from utilization of the MercuryGate platform and to measure the success of the initiatives as we bring them into production.
    • Mentor and assist the operations Transportation Coordinators to generate less exceptions in the load out and dispatch process.
    • Plans, organizes, and coordinates various projects, programs, and services.
    • Understands and can configure MercuryGate platform for reporting, hierarchy, and overall administration.
    • Understands and can create carrier contracts in the MercuryGate platform.
    • Interprets datasets and cleans data for reporting in Microsoft Excel.
    • Manage timelines and resources effectively.
    • Ensure compliance with technical platform security and data privacy requirements.
    • Assist in development and discovery of other technical platforms in Supply Chain Solutions that provide scalability, visibility additional revenue opportunities along with integration for expense and resource controls.
    • All other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Experience with any TMS Application (MercuryGate preferred) and/or technical skillset in configuration of enterprise level systems such as WMS, TMS, PKMS.
    • 4+ years as support analyst or daily user of an enterprise level system.
    • Understanding of logistics industry (3PL vertical preferred)
    • Project management and prioritization skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

    MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

    • Education Bachelors Degree (Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems or a related field.)

    • Experience and/or Training (Any TMS Application - MercuryGate preferred and/or technical skillset in configuration of enterprise level systems such as WMS, TMS, PKMS. 5 years minimum as support analyst or a daily user of an enterprise level system.)

    • Licenses/Certificates (Driver’s License required)

    • Technology/Equipment (MercuryGate or similar TMS, Ability to develop reporting and metrics, Microsoft Office Suites - medium to expert level)

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Education (Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Information Systems)
    • Experience and/or Training (Background in Transportation - all Modes)
    • Licenses/Certificates (Professional certifications: APICS CSCP or APICS CPIM, Green Belt)
    • Technology/Equipment (Power BI User Level)

    EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $67,000-$90,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
