Executive Vice President (EVP), Treasury Sales and Services
Job Summary
The Executive Vice President (EVP) of Treasury Sales and Services will lead the bank's Treasury sales team and oversee all treasury services. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the bank's treasury services business and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
? Lead and manage the Treasury Sales team to achieve revenue and sales targets by partnering with commercial lenders and selling directly to industry verticals such as title insurance, 1031 exchange, and HOA.
? Develop and implement annual strategic plans to grow the bank's treasury services business goals and support the Bank’s overall strategic plan
? Oversee the delivery of treasury sales and services teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Provide leadership and management to Division employees to ensure satisfactory performance, adequate training, promotional and development opportunities with fair compensation following Bank policies
? Collaborate with other departments to develop new treasury products and services. Lead the Deposit Committee, adding new deposit strategies based on market research, internal operations review, and the need for new products and services. Work with committee members to complete the implementation of deposit strategies supporting the deposit culture
? Maintain strong relationships with key clients and identify opportunities for cross-selling.
? Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to treasury operations.
? Govern by participating in the ALCO Committee, providing guidance for suggested deposit product pricing to optimize deposit profitability by reviewing market data for recommendations to the committee for pricing of current and proposed new products and services.
Qualifications
? Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
? Minimum of 10 years of experience in treasury sales or related roles in the commercial banking industry, with at least 5 years in an executive leadership role.
? Strong knowledge of treasury products and services.
? Excellent leadership and team management skills with proven ability to collaborate with various levels of stakeholders
? Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
? Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
