    Job Description

    RECEPTIONIST/OFFICE COORDINATOR OF A SMALL CPA FIRM

    The Receptionist/Office Coordinator will be the first point of contact for our firm. Duties will include offering administrative support across the firm, welcome guests positively, and execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards. 

    • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
    • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
    • Assist accounting staff with various projects when needed.
    • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
    • Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
    • Scan archive and mange files and client documents. 
    • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
    • Provide excellent customer service.
