    We are a high paced media company looking for an executive assistant who can help our company grow. This job will be both remote and in person when needed.

    We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team! You will provide high-level administrative support for an Executive at our company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle administrative needs of Executive
    • Arrange conference calls and meetings
    • Plan work-related travel details
    • Research a variety of things we need
    • Organize multiple aspects of the business
    • Make and receive phone calls and communicate with associates
    • Work directly with sponsors
    • Maintain and order supplies
    • Email communication with associates and sponsors
    • And other duties as needed

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Strong communication skills is a must
    • Must be able to communicate via Email

    This job has the opportunity to turn into full time employment with benefits.

    We are NOT looking for someone to simply compile lists of people for me to call. You must make phone calls, this is a phone intensive position. If you do not like talking on the phone, like me, then this is not the right position for you.
