Solo practice seeks an experienced, highly efficient paralegal to manage a high-volume estate planning and probate caseload. We specialize in straightforward but numerous estate planning, probate, guardianship, and trust administration matters. The ideal candidate will excel at managing multiple concurrent matters while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
REQUIREMENT: 1+ years of law firm experience or 4-year degree from an accredited university

Process high volume of estate planning documents efficiently and accurately
Manage multiple concurrent probate, guardianship, conservatorship, and trust administrations
Handle routine guardianship matters
Process trust administrations
Maintain detailed calendaring system
Manage client communications

Required Experience & Skills
1+ years of law firm experience or College Degree from an accredited university (REQUIRED)
Ability to process multiple matters simultaneously without confusion
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks efficiently

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Proven efficiency with Tyler Court eFiling system
Experience with preparing estate planning documents and Microsoft Word
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
