    Job Description

    Eagle Harbor is looking for Mid-Level Intelligence Analysts to join our team supporting the DEA’s Document and Media Exploitation (DOMEX) Team in Miami, FL.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • The position shall possess a working knowledge of current investigative techniques relating the analyzing and summarizing large volumes of investigative data and preparing analytical products in support of law enforcement operations.
    • Provide technical expertise to support investigative personnel to obtain, review and analyze source document and statistical information, and to identify information pertinent to ongoing investigations.
    • Determine relevancy of investigative information as related to priority intelligence requirements and organize and conduct detailed examinations of information gathered during complex criminal and civil investigations.
    • Provide written results within formal and informal briefings to the Government as required by the Contracting Officer’s Representative.
    • Develop and execute a Government approved methodology to exploit investigative information, to include conducting periodic progress reviews, as well as coordinating and completing quality control of all work products.

    • Utilize a variety of financial analysis software to include Intelligence Technologies and Financial Investigations System software to process and analyze financial records.
    • Perform data entry from hard copy and soft copy documents into a large-scale data processing system via a keyboard device, optical character reader, or other input device to include scanners, digital cameras, and copy machines, as appropriate.
    • Resolve any problems and questions concerning data to be entered.
    • Conduct quality control review over software output and reconcile data with original documents to ensure accuracy.
    • Report findings from the analysis of all investigative material on an ongoing basis, write intelligence reports, create graphics and working aids, and prepare discovery and court material for the prosecutor, following the completion of investigative support and as scheduled with the lead investigator and/or Assistant U.S. Attorney.
    • Occasional travel (CONUS and OCONUS) in support of DOMEX missions.

     

    Requirements:

    • US Citizen
    • Active SECRET security clearance is required.
    • Ability to pass and maintain an agency clearance.
    • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Three years of specialized experience involving collection, evaluation, analysis, production and dissemination of investigative intelligence. Each one year of specialized experience involving collection, evaluation, analysis, production, and dissemination of investigative intelligence can be substituted for one year of education.
    • At least two years of experience working at an Investigative Analyst I level position
    • Excellent MS Office Suite skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • Prior experience with financial analysis software is desired
    • Occasional travel is required (CONUS and OCONUS)

    Eagle Harbor is looking for an Physical Security Specialist to support the Department of Homeland Security with physical security, systems, engineering, maintenance, and program and project management services. Responsibilities: Experience installing, programming, troubleshooting, and repairing physical access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance, and other technical countermeasure systems. Ability to read and interpret highly technical documents and facility construction and as-built drawings. Recommending, planning, integration, and implementation of physical security countermeasures. Conducting Facility Security Assessments (FSA), Measures of Effectiveness (MOE) testing and security countermeasure design, implementation, and project management. Knowledge of security systems and technologies to assist DHS in recommending the most relevant and current systems to implement a comprehensive critical infrastructure security plan. Expertise includes the installation of multi-layered/integrated security systems which include physical access control systems as defined by Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12) and Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) 201, intrusion detection systems, (or similar central station alarm monitoring center), VSS system design, security integration and systems protocols, communication and information technology systems, security force management, screening devices and equipment, rated and non-rated barrier systems and other countermeasures as defined in the Interagency Security Committee (ISC)/Physical Security Criteria for Federal Facilities (PSC). Identify systemic security system deficiencies and develop, recommend, and implement corrective action. Monitor and report security system performance and effectiveness. Provides project management oversight of TCM projects, including monitoring project installation, producing project status reports, ensuring projects meet all technical and contractual requirements and performs acceptance testing of all new systems. Develops procurement documents, including Market Research Reports (MRR), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE), Statements of Work (SOW), and other contracting and project documents (including but not limited to facility drawing packages, equipment specifications and requirements, and deployment plans). Provide detailed input, oversight, SME support, troubleshooting, maintenance, minor repair, testing, and project management regarding: Access control: Electronic, physical, mechanical and policy related Alarm systems: Intrusion detection and duress Vehicle Barrier systems: Rated and non-rated applications Communication systems: Electronic, physical and policy related Screening systems: X-ray and Walk-Through Metal Detector Surveillance systems: Video Management Systems (VMS), protective lighting, Unmanned Aerial Systems Systems network infrastructure, data management and storage, and security Chemical, Biological and Radiological Risk Mitigation: Risk avoidance and reduction Biometrics Storage and Safes Security Locks and Locking Devices Assist with regional facility inventory management, countermeasure repair, and maintenance program activities.
