We are currently seeking dedicated Apartment Unit Cleaners to join our team and contribute to the impeccable cleanliness of our apartment units.

Position Overview: As an Apartment Unit Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our apartment units are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing apartments between resident move-outs and move-ins, as well as performing routine cleaning tasks in common areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Apartment Cleaning:

Clean and sanitize all areas of apartment units, including bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets and bedrooms.

Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.

Removing trash and ensuring garbage disposal is clean and odor-free.

Inspection:

Conduct thorough inspections to ensure apartments meet our cleanliness standards before new residents move in.

Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate supervisor.

Safety and Compliance:

Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Adhere to company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred but not required.

Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services.

Excellent time management skills.

Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.

Reliable transportation to and from work is a MUST.

Must be able to drive to surrounding cities.
