• HCAPS Patient Perception
• Hourly rounding with intention.
• Bedside Shift Report.
• AIDET.
• Daily Huddles.
FUNCTIONS
• Floats as requested by the team leader and/or supervisor/staffing coordinator.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
• High School Graduate or GED equivalent.
• Successful completion of Nurse Aide Course or the equivalent.
• Certified Nurse Aide from the state of Kentucky.
• BLS certification – American Heart Association (Healthcare Provider) or American Red Cross (Healthcare Provider) required, must be current.
Required Experience
• Nursing Assistant experience preferred.
• High School Graduate or GED equivalent.
• Successful completion of Nurse Aide Course or the equivalent.
• Certified Nurse Aide from the state of Kentucky.
• BLS certification – American Heart Association (Healthcare Provider) or American Red Cross (Healthcare Provider) required, must be current.
