    Key Responsibilities:

    • Leadership: Oversee daily operations and maintain standards.

    • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and support staff; conduct evaluations.

    • Curriculum Development: Implement quality programs and support teachers.

    • Family Engagement: Build relationships with parents and communicate regularly.

    • Financial Management: Manage the budget and enrollment.

    • Health and Safety: Ensure a safe environment and maintain the facility.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

    • Supervisory experience, preferably in early childhood education

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Knowledge of child development best practices

    • Organized, positive, and a great team builder

    • Genuine love for children and commitment to education
