    About the Opportunity

    We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Infant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of early childhood development and a commitment to creating an inclusive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment. As an Infant Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and implementing a curriculum that promotes the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child.

    Specific Responsibilities

    • Assess the developmental needs of children and tailor activities to support their individual growth.

    • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.

    • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that align with the school's curriculum and educational philosophy.

    • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and staff.

    • Foster a sense of community within the classroom, promoting positive social interactions and conflict resolution skills.

    • Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas, strategies, and best practices.

    • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with early childhood education trends and methodologies.

    • Maintain accurate records, including attendance, incident reports, and developmental assessments.

    Requirement

    GED Required

    Associates degree or ECE certification preferred

    Early Childhood Experience preferred

    Salary Range - $16 - $26 based on education and years of experience
