What You’ll Do:

Greet families with a smile and make every parent, child, and staff member feel welcome

Help in classrooms as needed

Keep things running smoothly by handling enrollment, scheduling, and daily operations

Assist with family communications, ensuring parents feel informed and supported

Maintain compliance with licensing requirements and school policies

Support teachers and staff with administrative needs to help create a seamless learning environment

Organize school events and celebrations to keep the joy flowing!

What We’re Looking For:

A friendly, upbeat personality with great communication skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Experience in an office or childcare setting (bonus if you have both!)

A team player who can juggle multiple tasks with a smile

Tech-savviness (email, scheduling, record-keeping – you got this!)

A passion for early childhood education and creating a positive school environment

Must be able to work as late as 6:15pm, Monday through Friday.
