Responsibilities

Create lesson plans and activities that are engaging and developmentally appropriate

Provide basic care and caregiving activities

Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities

Qualifications

Previous experience as a early education teacher/aide

Strong understanding of child development

Patient, kind, and nurturing

Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

First aid/CPR certified
