    SERC Physical Therapy is looking to add a driven and talented Physical Therapist – Clinic Director / Partner to our team. The ideal Therapist will develop and oversee new clinic(s) from the ground up in order to expand our clinical footprint.   • Qualifications

    KNOWLEDGE AND ESSENTIAL CRITICAL SKILLS/EXPERTISE

    1. Must demonstrate excellent customer service to customers and Team Members at all times.
    2. Basic knowledge of meat cuts and cooking techniques.
    3. Must be able to work independently and within a team setting.
    4. Must be organized and pay close attention to detail.
    5. Must be able to multi-task and assist customers while completing necessary duties within the department.
    6. Must be able to read and follow both written and verbal instruction from the Meat and Seafood Manager and other store management.
    7. Must demonstrate manual dexterity with potentially hazardous equipment (knives, miscellaneous utensils, etc.)
    8. Ability to learn and use a Falcon hand-held computer scanner and food scale.
    9. Desire to learn to cut meat into sub primals.
    10. Demonstrated ability in knife handling, other cutting equipment and safety procedures.
    11. Skilled in cutting whole chicken into standard parts; and simple cuts for other meats
    12. Knowledge of living conditions of animals and ability to educate the public on these issues.
    13. Ability to explain various cooking techniques.
    14. Willingness to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays. Flexibility to support sister stores in the same region when business needs arise.
    15. Must attend work on a regular and predictable basis.
    16. Must complete assigned tasks in a safe manner and in a constant state of alertness.
    17. Must uphold Company policies, including the anti-harassment program.
    18. Must work in a cooperative manner with managers, supervisors, coworkers, customers and the public.
    19. Must uphold the highest standard of integrity, honesty and ethical behavior.
    20. Must work effectively and efficiently under stressful conditions.
    21. Must be able to work varying shifts, including overtime.
