Entry Level Retail Marketing Assistant – Hiring now for full-time roles.

Eastbay Premier Marketing is hiring for our Client who is a nationally ranked marketing firm located in Pleasant Hill, CA. We are searching for individuals with 0-5 years of experience in the fields of marketing, sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality background.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• All applicants must submit a current resume with a working phone number and email
• Degree preferred, but not required – relevant work experience is accepted
• Motivated, goal-oriented and persistent personality
• High level of initiative and works well in a team environment
• Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
• Ease of talking with new people

DAY TO DAY DUTIES:

• Sell to potential customers through face to face interactions (No Cold Calling)
• Engaging with hundreds of people a day in a fast-paced retail setting
• Developing relationships with potential customers through conversation
• Qualify customers and explain the benefits and features of our client’s services
• Attend daily team workshops in the office or on Zoom

Experience:

• Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
