  • Responsibilities

    A leading global manufacturer of empty capsules (gelatin & HPMC) is seeking an Eastern Region Sales Manager to drive growth in the Health & Nutrition sector. This remote role requires a candidate based in the Eastern U.S. with the ability to travel 30% of the time.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales & Business Development: Grow and maintain accounts, with a 50/50 split between new business development and account management.

    • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales plans, meet revenue targets, and drive market expansion.

    • Customer Management: Identify new opportunities, maintain strong client relationships, and resolve customer issues.

    • Industry Representation: Attend key trade shows (e.g., SSW, SSE, NPE) and industry events.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales leadership, technical teams, and logistics to ensure seamless service.

    • CRM & Reporting: Maintain sales data, provide accurate forecasts, and ensure compliance with company processes.

    Qualifications:

    • 7+ years of B2B sales experience in Health & Nutrition (ingredients, capsules, or related).

    • Strong relationships within the target customer base in the Eastern U.S. market.

    • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and MS Office.

    • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).

    • Ability to travel 30%+ within the U.S. and Canada.

    • Valid passport and driver’s license.
