Easton Consulting Technologies, LLC is a global Proprietary Consulting Firm helping to launch various successful Prop Firms servicing retail traders worldwide. Your primary role will be leading the on-the-ground efforts of our affiliate marketing initiative within the company. We are looking for someone with at least 2-3 years of prior affiliate marketing experience who is entrepreneurial, creative, and passionate about growing brands. We strongly prefer candidates with previous experience in the retail trading and prop firm space, though this is not required.

The Affiliate Marketing Analyst will report directly to our Director of Growth within the growth team and collaborate with teams across the company. This team member will be expected to translate results into actionable recommendations and communicate those findings to management and company stakeholders. The role will present exciting opportunities to inform key strategies and meaningful business decisions for this growing channel.

RESPONSIBILITIES

SUMMARY

As the Affiliate Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of our affiliate marketing program. The Funded Trader currently has over 2,000 affiliates. You will be responsible for enhancing our affiliate program offering, increasing our revenue through this channel, and providing affiliates with the resources and support they need to promote Easton Consulting Technologies to their communities successfully.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand the current affiliate setup. Create trackers to monitor affiliate performance and growth.
• Recruit/convert new affiliate partners
• Develop an onboarding process for new affiliates that maximizes their success potential quickly and effectively
• Liaise with the marketing team to produce and deliver marketing and promo assets for affiliates
• Research and implement affiliate marketing best practices
• Establish a strong relationship and positive experience between affiliates
• Regularly monitor campaign performance
• Compile and submit campaign performance reports
• Grow affiliate community and achieve monthly and quarterly affiliate revenue targets
• Enhance the affiliate marketing offering

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

QUALIFICATIONS

All our affiliates come from our customer base. We engage with them on Discord. Many are also influencers with a huge following. An ideal candidate for this role must be well-versed in this industry (prop trading), with Discord, and how to engage with customers on Discord. They need to deeply understand how affiliate marketing works, how to build relationships with key affiliates, and a desire to maximize impact and revenue for this channel. We are looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a similar field who also has experience in the retail trading and prop firm space. You will also be detail-oriented, able to multitask and analyze data to make strategic decisions.

DESIRED SKILLS

• At least 2 years of experience managing affiliates and growing affiliate marketing revenue
• At least 1-year experience in trading or thorough knowledge of the prop trading industry
• Well-versed with Discord and how to engage with customers/potential affiliates on Discord and outside Discord
• Highly analytical. Should be able to calculate affiliate incentives vs. affiliate revenue and develop tiered payouts based on performance.
• Have experience interacting with affiliates and communicating with them to improve performance
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills 
• Excellent time management and project management skills
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and work well independently and in a team setting

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,0000
