Easton Consulting Technologies, LLC is a global Proprietary Consulting Firm helping to launch various successful Prop Firms servicing retail traders worldwide. Easton Consulting Technologies seeks to immediately bring on a talented, motivated, and skilled Growth Analyst to help manage, operationalize, systemize, and improve aspects of our Content and Community management.

The primary role will be contributing to the content, marketing, and community management efforts of our growth team within the company. This hands-on role will require professionalism, organization, initiative, and strong interpersonal skills. We seek someone with prior project management experience, good trading and prop firm space knowledge and a passion for our industry. This person must be excited to solve problems quickly and be capable of handling multiple projects at once.

Core Responsibilities

As the Growth Analyst, you will simultaneously manage multiple end-to-end projects within the growth team. You will coordinate with multiple departments, such as email marketing, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, public relations, content creation, and social media management. Meeting essential deadlines, keeping leadership aware of progress, and managing critical tasks will all be crucial responsibilities for this role.

Other responsibilities

• Monitor all social media channels for performance metrics
• Manage all social media content according to a strategy document
• Organize and categorize all company creatives
• Gather feedback from the community and present to the leadership team
• Monitor competitor activities (MFF, FTMO, Prop Trading, etc.)
• Communicate effectively internally via Slack
• Ensure our brand communicates professionally in messaging and within the Discord community
• Attend meetings and follow up with action items (can be daily)

Requirements/Expectations

• Proven work experience as a community, growth, or social media manager or a similar role
• Experience with social media management and email marketing
• Experience with project management tools (ClickUp).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to use Google Workspace applications
• Proven prior experience as team lead or manager
• Knowledge of the prop firm industry
• Experience as a trader

Location: Remote - Miami-Based

Start Date: Immediately

Schedule: Our core salaried team is online 8 am - 5 pm EST with a 1-hour lunch break.
