POSITION OVERVIEW Research Associates help ensure that we provide our clients with accurate public record information. RAs analyze public records from various sources like public online portals, subscription-based access points, and automated public record scrapers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform public records research using various record access systems

• Review and analyze public record data

• Identify key information and accurately transcribe it into internal systems based on internal or customer requirements

• Establish and maintain rapport with Clerks of Court and other agencies via phone and email as needed

• Reviews own work or peer-reviews team members’ work to ensure accuracy in search criteria, data entry, and compliance with internal research and reporting standards prior to providing results to clients

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong reading comprehension and data entry abilities

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn various software programs for data evaluation

• Ability to self-motivate and meet tight deadlines

• Excels in a collaborative team environment

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Must have reliable internet connection

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• High school diploma or GED is required
