Convention Support / Customer Service Eastridge's Convention Division is currently hiring individuals who have tons of energy, are interested in temporary / on-call work and love interacting with people. The ideal applicant should have fantastic customer service, be comfortable with technology/using applications/data entry, be able to sit/stand for a minimum of 8 hours, and of course, enjoy interacting with people from all over the world. We support many events of all sizes throughout the year; our goal is to make sure the Convention attendees have the best possible experience while they are at the event. The positions we are hiring for include: - Registration Support - Sitting position and standing during busy times - Tech savvy / customer service Qualified candidates will: - Be smart phone/technology proficient - Be able to work in a fast-paced environment - Be able to differentiate colors on badge holders and digital screens - Be able to visually differentiate letters/badge codes in small font - Be able to stand for extended periods of time - Be a provider of exceptional customer experience - Be proactive/engaging - Be a minimum of 18 years old - Be able to provide evidence of eligibility to work in the US - Be able to professionally and clearly communicate with attendees, exhibitors and client contacts - Have a conservative and professional appearance If you are interested in this opportunity, don't delay - Information Sessions are filling up quickly.
