The ideal candidate for our Junior Energy Broker position will be an outgoing, energetic, and organized go-getter who has strong communication skills both in person and over the phone. Whether you are already passionate about the energy industry and follow the trends, or you are just looking to join a new career path in which you are able to help customers better understand and make use of resources available to them, this could be a viable career path for you.

Eastwood provides all of the tools and training to be highly successful in the deregulated energy industry. SO WHAT DOES A JUNIOR ENERGY BROKER DO? In a nutshell, you are the liaison between customers and our experienced Energy Broker. Working with a more experienced consultant, your goal is to find opportunities to help customers lower their utility costs, and find custom tailored deals that are the best for their specific energy needs. During a time when a global pandemic is occupying so much attention and time from business owners, it can be difficult for them to stay updated on the options that are there for them and that’s where you come in!

As you continue to meet more customers and create more opportunities for the team, you will continue to hone your sales-skill and learn more about the retail energy industry. Excelling in the Junior Energy Broker position is the stepping stone to becoming a fully-developed Energy Broker at Eastwood.

Our Junior Energy Brokers are commission compensated upon discovering opportunities, with no cap on earning potential.

A Junior Energy Broker with no energy experience averages $35k-$65k/annual, while an experienced Energy Broker with 1-2 years of experience averages $75k-$135k/annual.
