    POSITION SUMMARY: 

    PRODUCT MANAGERS are responsible for driving product initiatives from inception to execution across every aspect of our business, from merchant-facing products to internal tools. You will work closely with business development, engineering, design, and operations to ensure that all relevant points of views are taken into account throughout the entire product development process. This puts product managers in a unique position to impact every part of our company.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: (OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED)

    • Understand our customers, their pain points, and how Womply is uniquely suited to help them
    • Understand all aspects of our data set and how to intelligently apply data to build useful products
    • Define, document, and communicate objectives, requirements and constraints for product initiatives and releases
    • Own products from conception to implementation. This means on any day you can do anything from spec writing to wireframing to getting into the pixels of the final design.
    • Perform relevant research and analysis for the products you own
    • Help distill qualitative and quantitative research results into key themes that we can incorporate into our product decision making process
    • Work closely with design and application development teams to determine technical and design solutions, prioritize work, and build and communicate schedules
    • Assist with tracking of customer success metrics for the product
    • Work with customer success team to ensure successful product roll out and ongoing customer satisfaction

    EXPERIENCE

    REQUIRED

    • 7-10 years: Management

    • 5-7 years: Microsoft SQL Server

    PREFERRED

    • 3-5 years: Systems Design
