    Ellie Mental Health is seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Outpatient Therapist to join our team. You will play a critical role in helping clients overcome eating disorders through individualized, evidence-based care.     Key Responsibilities

    Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and treat clients with eating disorders, including but not limited to anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, and avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID).

    Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, addressing the emotional, psychological, and behavioral aspects of eating disorders.

    Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including dietitians, medical professionals, and psychiatric providers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

    Support clients in their recovery journey, helping them develop healthier relationships with food and their bodies while fostering emotional resilience and coping skills.

    Qualifications

    Master's degree in a behavioral health field (e.g., psychology, counseling, social work) from an accredited institution.

    Clinical licensure as an LCPC or LCSW in the state of Maryland.

    Experience in the treatment of eating disorders, with a strong understanding of the medical, psychological, and behavioral components of these conditions.

    Familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches for eating disorders, such as CBT, DBT, and FBT.

    Ability to work collaboratively with medical professionals, dietitians, and other care providers as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.

    Proficient in completing diagnostic assessments, creating treatment plans, and maintaining detailed clinical documentation.

    Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to balance a moderate caseload and meet the needs of clients and families.

    Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office 365.

    Compensation: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
