JOB OVERVIEW:
We are looking for those that are hard-working, motivated, and dedicated to come to work our first shift. The hours are 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. We don't publicize a pay rate because if you have experience we aren't afraid to pay top dollar!
To be considered for this position, you must have graduated high school, have prior experience painting or have gone to a technical school, and not require sponsorship to work this position. We do not offer a relocation package and require that you must be be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
It is not required, but if you graduated from a technical school painting program or have prior experience with prior coating you will definitely stand out!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you will use spray guns, need to follow waste disposal requirements, and be able to assemble different products by following drawings and instructions that are given to you.
We'll also need you to be proficient with cleaners, primers, and paints so that you know how they interact with one another as everything must be up to our quality standards. We'll need someone who has a strong background with MIL-SPEC paints, can analyze and determine different paint problems that arise, and can follow certain instructions in order to apply a powder coat to the metal products.
