JOB OVERVIEW:
This is an advanced position. We are looking for those that are driven and hardworking to come join our first shift. The starting pay rate for this position is $17.94, however if you have more experience we're not afraid to pay more.
To be considered for this position, you'll need to have graduated high school or have a GED, you'll need to be able to work in the US without needing sponsorship, and you'll need to be able to lift 50 pounds and push up to 100 pounds. Although it's not required, if you have prior experience working in a manufacturing setting, experience with blueprints, or have a SMC you'll definitely stand out!
We need someone with experience in complex assemblies. The products you make need to be up to quality standards, safety standards, and completed on time. If there are any issues, damages, or conflicts we'd ask that you alert your supervisor right away. In this position, you'll need to be able to work with blueprints and electrical schematics.
The more assembly experience you have the better. Using incoming orders, we'll need you to create mechanical and electrical assemblies as well as make alterations to assemblies based on quality requirements.
Based on your responsiblities, we'll need someone that has experience with gauges, measuring devices, sub-assemblies, drills, grinders, ratchets, and other hand tools. We'll also need you to conduct electrical testing to make sure that everything complies with what the customers want.
Overall, we need someone that can help the team hit all production goals. As a company, we put a lot of focus on quality, safety, and satisfaction. You will work by yourself but also work as a team.
