Job Summary Eco-Soil Stabilizers is looking for full time employees to join our team. As a member of our team you will have the opportunity to be a part of helping our customers solve their foundation problems before they happen through soil injection. The work is outdoors and consists of operating heavy equipment, monitoring miscellaneous equipment, performing routine maintenance, unloading and loading equipment/materials and solving problems as they occur in the field. Prior construction experience preferred, but not necessary as we do provide on-site training. Pay will be based on prior experience and knowledge. Bonuses are possible throughout the year based on performance. New hires typically have the opportunity to become salary within a few months. Background check, pre-employment verification, and drug testing will be completed upon offer of employment.

Responsibilities and Duties Job duties : Operate a custom track loader Unload and load equipment Monitor and maintain engines and equipment Clean up job sites and tractor Follow any and all direction of site supervisors and management

Qualifications and Skills Skills and requirements: Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Out of town travel as needed and can be for a week or more at a time Ability to work outdoors all day Ability to lift 50 pounds or more Ability to work moderately unsupervised Job Type: Full-time
