    Job Description

    Ecom Wealth Partners LLC is offering a full time position in our Davie office for an Onboarding Specialist and Account Manager. We run an E-Commerce business by building and managing Amazon and Walmart stores for our clients. As the Onboarding Specialist and Account Manager, you will head the process for getting our client accounts set up, will be client-facing and resolve customer questions, and maintain our accounts by tracking data and offering solutions to drive company revenue.

    ONBOARDING RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

    • Setting up Website Domains
    • Setting up company emails
    • Getting business phone numbers set up
    • Forming new company paperwork on state site
    • Completing EIN applications with the IRS
    • Platform Applications for customer business sites
    • Reaching out to current clients and providing account updates
    • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
    • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
    • Handling inventory orders and returns
    • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in customer service, account management, sales, or other related fields
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Excel, Google Docs, Word, Podio, etc.)
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Strong communication skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented

    Bilingual English/Spanish speaker preferred but not required.
