    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Associate with hands-on Shopify experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our e-commerce platform to enhance customer experience, drive sales, and support the execution of marketing strategies. This role requires a tech-savvy individual with a passion for e-commerce, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Shopify Management:

    Manage and maintain the Shopify platform, including product uploads, inventory updates, and site functionality.

    Oversee Shopify themes and ensure consistent branding, navigation, and user-friendly layouts.

    Monitor and troubleshoot site performance, ensuring an optimal shopping experience for customers.

    Product Catalog & Merchandising:

    Upload, edit, and manage product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, and images.

    Implement merchandising strategies to promote featured collections, bestsellers, and new arrivals.

    Coordinate product launches, promotions, and seasonal updates across the site.

    Marketing Strategy Execution:

    Execute marketing strategies and manage spending budgets across all channels, including email, SMS, SEM, paid social, affiliate, and loyalty programs.

    Set up and track promotional codes, discounts, and sales events.

    Analyze site traffic and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics.

    Customer Acquisition Programs:

    Drive programs to grow customer acquisition through email and social media initiatives.

    E-commerce Website Enhancements:

    Research competition and drive new enhancements and features for the website, focusing on optimization and improving the overall customer experience.

    Advanced Excel Data Management:

    Use Excel to manage large data sets, including inventory tracking, sales forecasting, and performance reporting.

    Develop automated reports to track key metrics, such as sales trends, inventory levels, and customer behavior.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum 3 years of experience in an eCommerce role, with proficiency in Shopify.

    Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for making minor adjustments to product pages on Shopify. Familiarity with other eCommerce platforms (Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).

    Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization for analyzing large datasets.

    Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

    Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
