All Wet Irrigation is seeking an Installation Foreman to contribute to our continued success at our Dover, NJ location!

The Installation Foreman is responsible for leading a Crew of Installers who handle lawn sprinkler, low voltage landscape lighting and lawn drainage systems for our residential customers. This individual will execute and oversee the installation of all piping, components and clean-up of the property. From start to finish, you will ensure that assigned installations are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards

The Installation Forman will also be responsible for driving a box truck carrying all equipment and personnel and communicating with the Homeowner as well as the Installation Field and Production Managers. They will be responsible for completing specific paperwork and collecting any money due the day at installation.

Essential Functions:

• Oversee installation site operations and delegate work to crew members.

• Maintain schedules and ensure installation expectations are met.

• Attention to detail when installing lawn sprinkler timers, running control wires

• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards

• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

• Meets or exceeds company production standards for irrigation installation.

• Ensures all change orders are processed correctly.

• Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner daily.

• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

• Tracking hours and materials used on job sites

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 3+ years previous experience in landscape irrigation installation a must

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred!

• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems and components

• Knowledge and ability to operate a vibratory plow / pipe puller and ability to operate or learn to operate trenching/ boring equipment.

• Knowledge of landscape lighting and lawn drainage is a plus but not required

• Ability to perform tasks such as installing /wiring controller, valves, various sensors

• Experience installing mainline and drip

• Mechanical aptitude for analyzing properties, laying out and installing irrigation systems

• Basic understanding of flow rates and head placement.

• Ability to install/ repair PVC mainline and Poly lateral lines with or without equipment

• Understanding of the principals of water flow to properly zone and adjust a system

• Familiarity with running a project to be sure all materials needed are present

Experience:

-Irrigation: 3+ years experience

Compensation:

$25-$28 per hour (Based on Experience)

Supplemental pay types:

-Bonus opportunities

-Overtime pay

Schedule:

-Monday thru Friday

-Day Shift

-Saturdays as needed

Education:

-High school or equivalent

Work Location:

-On site with travel to job sites
