    Job Description

    The Office Administrator of this rapidly growing company is essential for conserving time and promoting the corporate image by representing the Corporate Office internally and externally. Also, providing liaison between all parties as needed and when directed. As an Office Administrator you will work with a team of Administrators to support the daily operations of the office. 

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate calls or other requests for meetings and information; determine importance, and uses independent judgment to take action
    • Manage flow of communication both internally and externally
    • Maintains strict confidentiality with sensitive information, financial documents, records and personal matters
    • Work effectively as an integral member of a team of administrative professionals
    • Facilitate executive-level operations - Book travel, submit expense reports and send communications for high-level staff as needed.
    • Event Planning/Organizing Events
    • Build out and maintain processes to keep files and office supplies organized and easily accessible.
    • Supply/Inventory Management
    • Process necessary paperwork and forms by using our company software
    • Manages workflow and inventory of Corporate office, Servicing department & D2D Division
    • Manage Daily Mail & Shipping
    • ack up to Receptionist
    • Initiates, establishes, and communicates on behalf of the Director of Logistics -- when directed
    • Other duties as determined necessary by the Director of Corporate Logistics
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma
    • 1-2 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, administrative assistant or secretary
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, MS Excel, MS Work and PowerPoint)
    • Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set with ability to negotiate
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Positive, high-energy attitude
    • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
    • Ability to handle pressure and quickly shift focus from one task to another.

    • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
    • Highly professional in dealing with confidential matters, materials, and information
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of people
    • Knowledge of office procedures and the use of office equipment

    Additional Information

    Compensation and Benefits

    • Salary $36,000+ DOE
    • Health and Life insurance benefits available
    • Full -Time (In Office: Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm)
