Responsibilities: • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for various age groups at the Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Center • Assist with classroom management and provide support to students during educational activities • Collaborate with the Education Coordinator to evaluate the effectiveness of current programs and suggest improvements • Conduct research on educational best practices and innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience • Support the Education team in organizing and facilitating field trips and special events for program participants Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in education or related field • Strong lesson-planning skills • Effective classroom management abilities • US Work Authorization • Proficiency in building rapport with students and creating engaging learning environments
