We are looking for an exceptional teacher or current Education Coach with years of experience that would like to take on a more leadership type role in our school. Must have at least 5 years of teaching experience, have effective classroom management, and be able teach teachers how to teach and manage their classrooms effectively.

Hours for this position will typically be 8:00am-5:00pm, M-F with variations to this time will be as needed and communicated by the Director of Curriculum.

You would report to our Curriculum Director and your primary responsibilities would include:
Make a difference every day.
Participate in the selection and hiring of teaching staff.
Coordinate with other members of the Leadership Team to implement the training plan for new teaching staff.
Conduct classroom observations to regularly support and ensure the implementation and delivery of the research-informed Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum.
Create a culture of engagement by empowering teachers to find solutions for themselves.
