Make a difference every day.
Participate in the training of teaching staff.
Coordinate with other members of the Leadership Team to implement the training plan for new teaching staff.
Conduct classroom observations to regularly support and ensure the implementation and delivery of the research-informed Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum.
Create a culture of engagement by empowering teachers to find solutions for themselves.

Ideal Candidate: Our ideal Education Coordinator possesses the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree: Early Childhood Education or related field.
CDA Certification: Demonstrates commitment to excellence in early childhood education.
Teaching Experience: Minimum of two years in a licensed early childhood program.
State Licensing Requirements: Must meet all state licensing criteria.
Coaching Skills: Able to coach and support fellow educators.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
Organizational Skills: Strong classroom management and organizational abilities.
