What is Required?

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Finance, or other relevant field required
• Two years of experience in the administration of competitive health and welfare benefits plan for hourly and salaried team members in accordance with applicable federal and state laws
• Experience working in a union environment and/or healthcare, home health, or hospice industry preferred
• Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or Professional of Human Resources (PHR) preferred
• Positive attitude
• Dedication to quality patient care
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation to perform job duties
