    This is a hybrid role for an Elder Law Attorney at View Ridge Family Law & Estate Planning. There is opportunity for either a Full-to-Part Time or Contract position. The Elder Law Attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of legal matters related to elderly clients, including estate planning, long-term care issues, and guardianship. The right candidate must be experienced in drafting trusts for HNW estates and Medicaid estate planning. The role will be primarily based in Seattle, WA, with the flexibility for some remote work. Compensation is commensurate with skill and experience and is negotiable based on production commitment. The compensation package for an employee includes a base salary plus bonus compensation for production and performance. We offer health & dental insurance and 401(k) matching for employees. We also pay for continuing legal education, bar dues, and some approved voluntary bar memberships. Responsibilities: • Provide legal guidance for elder law issues, estate planning, probate, and estate and trust administration. • Create legal documents such as trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and business formation documentation. • Work with clients to develop and execute asset protection and preservation plans. • Handle special needs planning and other related legal areas. • Collaborate with clients, attorneys, and staff to ensure effective case management. Qualifications: • Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Long-term Care legal expertise • Washington license in good standing • Experience in guardianship and elder advocacy • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Compensation: omit123
