    Job Title: ACCOUNT MANAGER

    Reports To: Director of Sales and Marketing

    Employment Type: Full Time

    Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm

     

    Eldorado Trading Company is an international distributor of pleasure products. We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team. Our Account Managers work directly with our retail customers to sell, promote, and education them on our product portfolio as well as the value we provide as a distributor. Our value proposition includes a wide-range of products from hundreds of manufacturers, the ability for customers to order from many manufacturers on one order, reliable shipping, access to new products, marketing tools, and educational resources.

    This position is an inside sales position that sells to retail stores and other customers and manages the relationships, educates on new products, works with manufacturers, and processes orders. The Account Manager reports to Eldorado’s Director of Sales and Marketing. This position is located in Broomfield, Colorado. Travel for customer meetings, internal events, and trade shows is required.

    The initial compensation will be a salary, based on experience. Compensation will transition to an uncapped commission structure during the first 6-12 months. The total compensation will range from $40k-$60k or higher, depending on commissions earned.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

    · Develop relationships with current and potential customers.

    · Retain and grow sales with each account.

    · Achieve or exceed the sales goals.

    · Able to understand customer needs through discovery and convert those needs into sales.

    · Strong desire to provide great customer service by quickly and accurately placing orders, addressing customer needs, and resolving issues.

    · Learn new products to the level of being able to educate customers on them.

    · Support the launch of promotions, initiatives, and new products.

    · Prospect for new customers.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

    · Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.

    · 3+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in adult novelties.

    · Ability to read, analyze, and interpret industry/trade magazines.

    · Effective at learning and using software and MS Office.

    · Must be comfortable and knowledgeable with adult novelties.

    · Ability to do routine business calculations of sales costs, margins and quotes.

    · Proven ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.

    · Effective problem solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    · Represent the company in a professional manner at trade shows, in-house events, etc.

    · Robust attention to detail while thinking strategically.
