    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Electrical Engineer registered in South Carolina and/or another state to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and will be responsible for developing electrical system designs for a variety of projects, including commercial, industrial, and institutional.

    Key responsibilities include:

    Designing and developing electrical systems for a range of projects, including power systems, lighting & control systems, fire alarms, and generators.

    Conducting technical calculations and analyses to ensure the viability and compliance of designs

    Preparing detailed technical reports and specifications for electrical systems

    Collaborating with other engineering teams and departments to integrate electrical systems into broader project plans

    Providing technical guidance and support to junior team members

    Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments in electrical engineering

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering or a related field

    Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license in the field of electrical engineering

    A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical consulting engineering

    Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices, including power systems, lighting systems, lighting controls, fire alarm design, National Electrical Code (NEC), and International Energy and Conservation Code (IECC)

    Experience with computer-aided design (AutoCAD) software and Revit (primary use)

    Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
