As an Electrical Controls Engineer, you'll play a key role in developing and supporting state-of-the-art machines for specialized industries. You'll be part of a collaborative team that is passionate about delivering high-quality, innovative solutions. The position involves regular customer interaction, so a customer-centric attitude and strong service orientation are essential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Developing and optimizing motion control systems and servo drives
• Working with PLC and HMI programming to improve machine functionality
• Supporting web converting and packaging systems
• Collaborating with a cross-functional team to troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues
• Engaging with customers to ensure their needs are met and problems are solved with excellence

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or machine design
• Strong proficiency in PLC programming
• Knowledge of AutoCAD for electrical schematics
• Motion control/servo experience is a big plus
• Web converting and packaging experience is a plus
• Familiarity with VB programming is an added bonus
• Experience with networking and vision systems (laser/vision experience) is advantageous
