    We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to design and program electrical systems. We are open to mid-to senior level candidates. Note this position is open due to growth, newly created.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design electrical systems and components that meet project requirements, adhere to industry standards, and align with the company's goals and objectives.
    • Create detailed schematics,  electrical panel layouts, and layouts using computer-aided design (CAD) AutoCAD Electrical tools to ensure proper functionality and integration of electrical components.
    • Build and test prototypes to evaluate the performance of electrical systems, identify potential issues, and implement necessary improvements.
    • Integrate electrical systems into overall product designs, considering factors such as size, weight, and power consumption.
    • Research and select appropriate electrical components, ensuring they meet project specifications, quality standards, and cost constraints.
    • Ensure that all electrical designs comply with relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical engineers, software engineers, and product managers, to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within the overall product design.
    • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.
    • Investigate and resolve electrical system malfunctions, providing support for production and post-production activities.
    • Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and identify opportunities to leverage new technologies to improve product performance and efficiency.

    Requirements:

    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, AutoCAD electrical preferred, electrical design, analysis, and simulation tools
    • Solid understanding of electronic components and their applications.
    • Relevant experience in electrical engineering, product design, or a related field.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex electrical engineering challenges.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
    • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
    • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability in electrical designs.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
    • Familiarity with relevant electrical safety standards and regulatory requirements.

    Education:

    BS or Associate degree in electrical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and/or Computer Science, similar or equivalency years of experience
