    INTRODUCTION

    CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    Conduct field surveys, assessments, studies, and research independently and as a team member.

    Design and produce initial or complete elements for project concept, programming, and construction documents for contractors utilizing AutoCAD and Revit.

    Write parts/full technical reports and specifications utilizing the firm’s library, tools, and independent resources.

    Research codes and compliance, work-up project budget based on manufacturers and products.

    Prepare and manage schedules, budgets, manufacturers, and vendor research.

    Communicate, coordinate, and disseminate all project elements with the PSE team.

    Establish communications with external engineering and architectural teams.

    Reviews and quality-controls all construction drawings for issuance and review project RFI’s.

    Prepare for and attend project meetings, site visits, kick-off meetings, and bid meetings.

    Produce punch lists, project reports, and staff engineering deliverables – construction drawings.

    Responsible for the production of drawings, agendas, technical reports, and project correspondence

    QUALIFICATIONS

    · Graduated with a 4-year degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.

    · Prior experience in engineering, design and construction, and architecture a plus.

    · Fluent in AutoCAD and can pick up working in Revit.

    · Training in Revit provided by the firm for the interested candidate.

    · Ability to communicate verbally and in written form on all platforms, Slack, Zoom, Text, Write-ups, Emails, In-person, and in a remote environment.
