    Title: Electrical Engineer
    Shift: Full Time, 8am-4:30pm
    Salary: $41-$42/Hr + OT

    Who We Are:
    Our client is a leading manufacturer specializing in high-voltage, high-current induction heating and melting equipment, serving a broad range of industrial clients. Our company is committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service, with a dedicated team of engineering professionals. We are currently expanding our Engineering Department to support continued growth and new customer projects.

    Electrical Engineer Role:
    As an Electrical Engineer, you will support engineering functions related to customer orders and special projects, focusing on the design and documentation of complex electrical systems. This role exists to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of schematics, bills of material, and technical support for our advanced equipment.

    Electrical Engineer Responsibilities:

    • Prepare electrical schematics for high-voltage, high-current, induction heating and melting equipment using AutoCAD

    • Develop electrical schematics and ladder logic diagrams for PLC systems

    • Create bills of material, technical sketches, and engineering reports

    • Perform electrical calculations and assist with field service activities as needed

    • Prepare and update instruction manuals for equipment operation and maintenance

    • Support Field Service and R&D personnel in equipment testing

    • Collaborate with vendors and maintain customer contact as assigned

    • Assist in training junior engineering staff

    • Maintain a high level of computer proficiency, especially in AutoCAD

    • Ensure compliance with company standards and confidentiality requirements

    Electrical Engineer Reporting Relationships:
    Reports to: Electrical Engineering Manager
    Direct Reports: None

    About You:

    • Hold a college degree in Electrical Engineering

    • Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD

    • Possess advanced mathematical skills and apply them regularly

    • Exhibit strong reasoning and decision-making abilities

    • Maintain high accuracy and accountability in all tasks

    • Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

    • Show leadership potential within project teams

    • Bring experience with PLC systems and ladder logic diagrams

    • Have strong computer skills; experience with SmarTeam is an asset

    • Understand and protect confidential company and customer information

    • Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities

    • Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
