    Overview:

    Blvd Electric Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical General Foreman to lead our commercial electrical construction projects. This role is critical in overseeing on-site operations, managing crews, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high-quality results within strict timelines. If you have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of electrical systems, and a passion for mentoring teams, we want you on our team.

    Responsibilities:

    Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of electrical crews on commercial job sites.

    Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications, drawings, and electrical codes.

    Oversee the installation of electrical systems, including conduit, wiring, switchgear, and control systems.

    Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.

    Work closely with project managers to ensure schedules are met, and RFIs and change orders are handled efficiently.

    Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during installation or construction phases.

    Manage materials, tools, and equipment to ensure job site efficiency.

    Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members to build a skilled workforce.

    Communicate with the project management team to provide updates and address any site concerns.

    Qualifications:

    8+ years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 3 years in a foreman or supervisory role.

    Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, code compliance, and safety standards.

    Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical documents.

    Proven track record of managing crews, maintaining safety, and delivering projects on time.

    Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    OSHA certification and familiarity with construction safety regulations are highly preferred.
