    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Supervision:

    Oversee the day-to-day operations at the job site, ensuring electrical work is completed on schedule.

    Supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians and other construction workers.

    Monitor project progress and provide updates to project managers and stakeholders.

    Quality Control:

    Conduct inspections and tests on electrical systems to verify compliance and functionality.

    Ensure all electrical installations meet company standards, local codes, and regulations

    Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective measures.

    Safety Management:

    Enforce safety protocols and ensure all workers adhere to safety guidelines.

    Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.

    Identify potential hazards and implement measures to mitigate risks.

    Material Management:

    Oversee the ordering, delivery, and inventory of materials and equipment.

    Ensure materials are available when needed and stored properly to prevent damage or loss.

    Technical Support:

    Interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to ensure accurate installations

    Provide technical guidance and support to electricians and other workers.

    Team Management:

    Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and experience.

    Mentor and train junior electricians and apprentices.

    Evaluate the performance of team members and provide constructive feedback.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship in electrical work preferred.

    5 Years of electrical experience and/or relevant certifications.

    Extensive experience specifically in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair.

    Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman role.

    Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.

    Excellent ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

    Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

    Strong leadership and communication skills.

    Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

    Proficiency with electrical tools and equipment.

    Physical stamina and dexterity for working in various conditions and environments.
