Electrical Maintenance Technician - Manufacturing - Base Salary to 95k/year - Baltimore, MD

• Our client is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with expertise in electrical systems to support our manufacturing operations. This role involves maintaining and repairing industrial equipment, including 3-phase systems, PLCs, and VFDs, ensuring seamless production and operational efficiency. This is a day shift position, Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm shift.

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on 3-phase (480V) electrical systems, PLCs, motors, and automation components.
• Diagnose and repair electrical issues in mixers, dispensers, and automated filling systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) to ensure efficient and safe operation.
• Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLCs to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot and repair VFDs up to 4000-amp service for industrial equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout and OSHA regulations.
• Utilize CMMS systems to track maintenance tasks and equipment history.
• Perform general maintenance, including mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and HVAC repairs.
• Assist and oversee contractors as needed for night shift maintenance.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs and maintenance schedules.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in industrial electrical systems, including 3-phase, 480V systems, and PLC programming.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing VFDs preferred.
• Proficiency with CMMS platforms for maintenance tracking.
• OSHA 10/30-Hour certification and Lockout/Tagout training preferred
