    The Project Coordinator will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment, managing several tasks at once, and will work closely with the electricians and admin team to ensure customers have their projects completed in a timely manner. The Project Coordinator will ensure all aspects of electrical install jobs are completed from start to finish.

    The Job Details -

    • Scheduling and progressing installs daily
    • Empathetically communicating with customers on a daily basis
    • Updating customers in the queue multiple times per week
    • Finding creative ways to complete jobs in the fastest way possible
    • Continuously working to get average install days down and completed revenue goal met
    • Scheduling inspections, downloading pictures and all documentation
    • Ensuring jobs are collected at the appropriate times
    • Checking notes in the jobs, and ensuring next steps are taken at each progress point
    • Closing out projects with appropriate tags, spiffs
    • Tracking every step of the jobs from start to finish
    • Work through project issues with customers, management, electricians in a timely manner
    • All other duties as assigned by leadership

    Candidate Must Have -

    • Experience with electrical project work.
    • A thorough understanding of the electrical installation process, including permitting and inspections in the Denver metro area
    • Proven experience with project management software (Microsoft Project or Service Titan Project Management preferred)
    • Familiarity with progress billing
    • Computer Skills: **** Highly proficient with all Microsoft platforms, especially Word and Excel. Must be able to accurately type with 40 WPM average. Proficient in GSuite Applications. Usage of Service Titan, also a benefit
