    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial electrical construction projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects efficiently by managing engineering resources, labor, materials, tools, subcontractors, and budgets. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Note: The following responsibilities are representative of the role and may be subject to change. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

    • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including manpower allocation across trades.
    • Track and forecast job costs to ensure alignment with project budgets.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to generate submittals, shop drawings, BIM models, and field coordination drawings.
    • Procure required equipment and materials in a timely and cost-effective manner.
    • Attend and actively participate in jobsite and project meetings.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance, quality workmanship, and safety protocols.
    • Estimate and manage changes in project scope.
    • Select, negotiate, and manage subcontractors and equipment vendors.
    • Address warranty items and maintain client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
    • Foster strong, professional relationships with architects, engineers, GCs, building owners, field teams, and suppliers.
    • Manage multiple projects ranging in value from $25,000 to over $10 million.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects within the electrical contracting industry.
    • Strong knowledge of the construction lifecycle, from preconstruction to close-out.
    • In-depth understanding of commercial electrical systems and installations.

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational abilities with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
    • Team player with leadership qualities; approachable and solutions-focused.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Bluebeam, Navisworks, Accubid, and Microsoft Project.
    • Enthusiastic about company culture and participation in team events.
