    Bemana is searching for an Electrical Project Manager in Las Vegas, NV. Our client is the leading provider of temporary power solutions in Nevada.     About the Role

    We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager for a growing provider of temporary power solutions in Las Vegas. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the design and execution of power systems for construction and commercial projects, while playing a key role in expanding the company's reach into new markets.

    As the Electrical Project Manager, you will contribute to both the technical and operational success of the business, ensuring every project is delivered on-time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    Solution Design & Planning

    • Lead the design of customized temporary power solutions for a wide range of construction and commercial projects.
    • Ensure designs meet client specifications, industry safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Utilize design tools to prepare, review, and approve detailed electrical plans that align with both client expectations and operational capabilities.

    Operational Leadership

    • Oversee the successful execution of projects, from design through implementation, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize project delivery, resource allocation, and timelines.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure operational practices align with long-term company goals and growth strategies.

    Field Support & Technical Expertise

    • Provide on-site troubleshooting and technical support to resolve issues and maintain project timelines.
    • Offer expert guidance to field technicians on system setup, installation, and teardown of temporary power systems.
    • Ensure compliance with design plans, safety protocols, and timelines throughout the project lifecycle.

    Leadership & Strategic Influence

    • Serve as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to strategic business decisions and expansion efforts.
    • Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and at industry events, helping to strengthen business relationships and market presence.

    Qualifications

    • Licensed Electrician with 5–10 years of operational experience, ideally with expertise in power distribution and generator hookups.
    • Minimum of 5–10 years in the electrical, construction, or power industries.
    • Strong background in electrical design, project management, and operational leadership.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet client deadlines without compromising on quality or safety.
